By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Stealth Assistant ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Upon valid purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on a single device for the duration of your subscription period (weekly or monthly).
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Due to the digital nature of the Software:

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEALTH ASSISTANT AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately.
The Software, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Stealth Assistant. Your license does not grant any ownership rights. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
We may release updates, patches, or modifications to the Software at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide updates or maintain backward compatibility. We reserve the right to modify these Terms with 30 days notice via email or website posting.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
