1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Stealth Assistant ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Upon valid purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on a single device for the duration of your subscription period (weekly or monthly).

2.1 You MAY:

• Install and use the Software on one (1) personal computer
• Use all features included in your subscription tier
• Use your own API keys with the Software

2.2 You MAY NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Software or your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Software
• Use the Software on more than one device simultaneously
• Use the Software for any purpose that violates applicable laws

3. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT

• Weekly License: ₹299/week — 7 calendar days of access from activation
• Monthly License: ₹999/month — 30 calendar days of access from activation

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

4. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the Software:

• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase
• Refunds are granted at our sole discretion
• No refunds will be issued if the Software has been activated and used
• Technical issues that we cannot resolve may qualify for a refund

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for how you use the Software
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• You will not use the Software to engage in academic dishonesty where prohibited by your institution's policies
• You understand the Software provides screen isolation and AI assistance tools
• You assume all risk associated with the use of the Software

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely undetectable
• The Software will be compatible with all systems or configurations
• AI responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose
• The Software will work with future versions of monitored applications

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEALTH ASSISTANT AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You share or redistribute the Software or license key
• Your payment is disputed, charged back, or fraudulent

Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Stealth Assistant. Your license does not grant any ownership rights. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

10. UPDATES & MODIFICATIONS

We may release updates, patches, or modifications to the Software at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide updates or maintain backward compatibility. We reserve the right to modify these Terms with 30 days notice via email or website posting.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
